#217 generic: CheckUpdateDesktopDatabase is a total mess

  • The URL is wrong, should be ...':ScriptletSnippets#desktop-database'
  • update-desktop-database should be invoked if there is a MimeType entry in the desktop
    file. This is not checked.
  • update-desktop-database has nothing to do with desktop-file-validate, but
    this is referenced in the check.

This is mostly copy-paste-errors, continued on the CheckGioQueryModules docstring.
