#5 Create fedora messaging schema

This issue needs to be addressed after port to fedora messaging is done.

We need to create a fedora-messaging schema for discourse2fedmsg.
The best approach is to create a separate repository for it than study the events that are emitted by discourse and create a schema based on this knowledge.
