Is this RFE request OK?

Yep it's OK, though it's of a mixed priority. None of these icons are actually in Echo yet so we use those from fallback theme (see http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=echo-icon-theme;a=blob_plain;f=trunk/Echo/index.theme;hb=HEAD). The F icon will probably need to be copied over from Fedora icons (the logo usage guidelines probably don't allow echoizing it), the file manager is one of the icons we need to create (I believe it should be given high priority and thus block 0.4 release) and the xchat one is really low priority (offical icon is used).

Adding to the 0.4 milestone (mod the x-chat one). Priority setting to critical (the file-manager one is a blocker).

Done (sans the x-chat one). Closing. You can create a new ticket for the x-chat icon if you wish.
