#45 Create dialog-{yes,no} (gtk-{yes,no}) icon sets

We need to create dialog-{yes,no} icons which appear in various places on the desktop spin and are part of the gtk stock icons under name gtk-{yes,no}. These icons are so much similar that it is desired to create them together so that they are consitent as much as possible - thus I decided to join them in one bug.

Needed symlinks: gtk-{yes,no}
