This is a follow-up to Pull Request #162 opened by @lilyx. There were some git merge conflicts and an account change that slowed things down, but the improvements/edits were completed a while ago. I want to make sure we publish the work already done and close out on the old issue. :smile:

Since this previously passed a review and the only changes since that review were merge conflicts from newer upstream changes, I am going to go ahead and merge this! :clapper:

updates to meeting info, removing outdated information. minor tweaks to the events description

Added updated calendar for next meetings information.
