This issue is for tracking the migration of the fedora-docs-ci repo to the fedora/docs space on GitLab.

So, this is not really used anywhere (yet).
I have some plans regarding CI for the documentation which involves either revisiting this project and hosting it on openshift, or using gitlab-ci instead.
This project also requires the use of fedora-messaging and we don't have a gitlab connector for that yet.
I'm inclined to leave it here for now. We can move it later if we ever decide to implement it in the future.
