This issue is for tracking the release-docs-home repo repo to the fedora/docs space on GitLab.

This should wait until after the F36 release.

I don't have write access to the old one on pagure.
Here is what's left to do:
- Create an empty branch with just a readme file, pointing to the new repo on gitlab.
- Set the gitlab branch to be the default one.
- Lock issues in read-only.

Looks like only @asamalik has the appropriate privileges. If he doesn't get to it soon, I'll file an infra ticket to see if they can grant us access
