F28 install guide with grammar updates to the *.adoc files

This PR looks like it was made in error, the diff shows updates to attributes while the description talks about grammar updates. I'll close this; please open a new PR with the correct commits.

Hi Petr,

I wrote to with Bex, on 6 April, with a message that the Fedora 28 release guide or install guide was really some out of date Rawhide version. I offered to edit the lot, that was in those zip files.
Bex got me started with the git clone of the repositories.

The zip file contents contain multiple *.adocs and the other files prior to and after Adam's cutover.

In a previous emai about 20 minutes ago, to you, I indicated the zip files that are my versions of those git repositories from F28, which should start as a point of departure.
Anyone want them, they are free to take them. If not, then please do your edit before doing issuing a PR

I did try to issue PRs, but they bounced. So, these zip files of full repositories are available from me to email to the individuals wanting a good starting point.

For expediency, I will email the above to anyone who wants to take the time to submit the above under their name or mine.
If you want your personal copy, I will email them to you. I will be disposing of them once F29 is in beta testing.

@lsatenstein Leslie, that's all good and everything, but I closed this PR because it doesn't contain any useful changes. You can see that for yourself by clicking "Files Changed" near the top of the page, above these comments. (Not in your mail client, you have to visit Pagure to see the button.) There's a single commit that changes one file and doesn't contain any actual grammar changes as the description indicates.

I sent a Dropbox link of the zip files to your RH address. With an accompanying message.
