This is to fix "Fedora 30" in rawhide install-guide (See install-guide's main page) and more.

Hi, thanks for the PR. However, :PRODVER: on branch master should be Rawhide instead of 33. Can you please update the PR and change that?

@pbokoc OK. Considering the Fedora 34 release today, should I update :NEXTVER: (which I set to 34) and :PREVVER: (which I set to 32) as well?
