@pbokoc, here are my F32 release notes. I started late, so unfortunately, I didn't have the time to run them through an SME review. However, I'm reasonably sure that they're correct.

On top of my own RNs, I've also fixed some formatting issues that I noticed while browsing the preview. Most notably, several RNs by @quiet had plus signs in between list elements, which caused the list to render as a string of asterisks and pluses rather than a list. I've removed the pluses.

I've increased the nesting of this RN so that my own Ruby-related RN can exist in the same section next to this one.

Thanks Marek. I still had to merge it manually due to a conflict that happened due to me merging another PR, but it's all on branch f32 now. I'll just have to close this PR because the merge happened outside of pagure.
