Currently Atomic Host uses rpm-ostree/atomic. There's also going
to be an Atomic Workstation, so let's mention the existence of these
tools. For now I'm just linking to the upstream documentation.

I am going to follow this with a second commit to add the rpm-ostree page.

Outside of this PR, I'd appreciate your feedback on an idea to split the books into edition specific versions so that, for example, atomic users get ostree specific guidance and don't have to skip around non-specific guidance.
