DNF team is coming up with DNF5 by default in F41 and they want to test the shiny new system-upgrade feature which is not a plugin anymore. The idea is to use their COPR and this will give the DNF team feedback around bugs and issues that can be solved well before branch!

@sumantrom There is a "caution" banner (??) at the top of this page: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/ReplaceDnfWithDnf5 It contains a link to a new page. Should this link be changed to the new page?
Or maybe not if you mean to indicate the original and new change set.
