I've edited your article. No major changes, just a few wording changes for clarity and flow.

There is one section where you are discussing "Forgero"? Forgero --> Forgejo ?? I assume there is a joke here? But if the reader was not there it really doesn't make too much sense. Can you elaborate or explain this, perhaps?

Also I would suggest using Jef's full name as well as making clear who " the former Fedora Project Leader" is either earlier in the paragraph or when you use that phrase I just quoted.

You mention your Docs workshop on 21 June. If you want this article to go out before that you should probably get Justin adding his section soon. There are only 4 days left.
