I've updated the docs to reflect our switch to Discourse.

Please could someone review? But do not merge, yet, I'll merge it in the morning when the switch happens.

LGTM

modules/ROOT/pages/workflow-article-proposal.adoc. Can I suggest editing line 6 by taking out the first use of "just" and ending the line at Magazine or content? Seems like a bit of a run on atm.
