With Fedora CoreOS becoming an edition we need to add images to the blocking list. Once we figure out what those are.

@cverna Which FCOS deliverable(s) should be considered release-blocking beginning with F37?

If I remember correctly we talked about our next stream images and particularly what we run in CI, so QEMU, AWS, GCP, OpenStack and Azure.

@dustymabe do you mind checking if that makes sense ^^

Note that the first column is kind of a lie since the deliverables aren't on the same server. So it's not a path, exactly, but should be sufficiently clear for our purposes. Let me know if that's not right.

This was merged but the issue was never closed. It is now.
