We should mark blocker tracker bugs as not something it makes any sense to mirror into RH's Jira, because they are not any one person's or team's 'backlog'.

@blc this is work created by agile stuff.

- Custom field story_points adjusted to 3

Ideally this should be handled by the sync script, ignoring all bugs with the Tracking keyword. I'd start there, before doing any workarounds on our side.

Looks like Brendan updated the sync script, so closing this.
