I believe the test config in test/fedpkg-test.conf should also be updated with some dummy URLs for the tests to pass.

(BTW the test only seem to be executable with nosetests, calling it directly does nothing and python setup.py test also doesn't do anything.)

Yeah, thanks for catching this. It's fixed.

It's doable. I'll make python setup.py test work in another pull-request.
