Hi, I'm crobinso (Cole Robinson), and I'd like to be added to the provenpackager group.
I've been doing virt related packaging in Fedora for 4 years, mostly as primary virt-manager/virtinst maintainer and libvirt co-maintainer. For the past year I've been primary maintainer of libvirt and qemu, and related *bios packages. I'm pretty active in this space, trying to keep the bug count low, frequent bug fix updates.
Peripheral stuff: I'm primary upstream for virt-manager, major libvirt contributor, recent python-bugzilla upstream + package owner which is critpath, lots of RHEL packaging, handled many CVEs in Fedora, co-owned at least 10 features over 3 years, co-run at least 5 test days. I was involved with openstack maintenance for a brief window. I generate the Fedora virtio-win drivers, maintain the virt-preview repo.
Justification: There are lots of little low maintenance virt packages that need occasional work which I'd like to jump in on. Also there have been a half dozen times in the past year where I've located an upstream fix or patched a pet peeve issue in a random package, only to have to go into repeated pest mode to get a maintainer to fire off a fedora update. I of course realize that provenpackager is not a license to go buck wild firing off builds, and I'm paranoid of offending people, so I'd be getting very explicit permission before jumping in to someone else's space.

Cole is pivotal to the virt effort, and is generally a good packager. I have no hesitation in recommending him to be a PP.
+1 from me
FYI below is a link of all the packages crobinso has commit or owner acls for: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/users/packages/crobinso?acls=owner&acls=approveacls&acls=commit
+1 here as well.
+1 for my few past experiences with you -1 for low number of reviews +1 for disclaimer which I believe you will keep
Sum: +1 from me :-)
Congratulations, you're now a provenpackager.
