Enabling third-party repositories will now create a Flathub remote that is a filtered view of Flathub.

My questions on the mailing list were answered. Still, I hope that it will be ~somehow~ made blatantly obvious to users that they're only seeing a filtered view of flathub, to avoid confusion.
