#2983 Proven packager request for ljavorsk

I'm requesting to be added to the proven packager group. The primary reason is that I've already had some side-tag rebuild experience with pcre package, which I had to request other proven packagers for the rebuilds of the other packages. I also expect to do side-tag rebuilds again, because of the Fedora Changes that I'm very driven to make when it's valuable for Fedora Community. Last but not least, as I'm part of the group of maintainers I could be the primary contact for them if they need to do complex rebuilds as well.

I believe that I'm known in Fedora for a number of Fedora changes I introduced and a number of packages I maintain.

You must get at least 3 positive votes from sponsors with no negative votes, over a one week review period, to be approved.

I reckon this hasn't happened because only the +2 votes happened in that week. However, I am not sure how we usually "implement" this rule in practice when the third vote arrives a day later.

If you haven’t been approved after one week, FESCo will vote (normal FESCo voting machanism applies).

Yeah, I think we have usually given some lattitude on time and just approved, but we could discuss in our next meeting.

It's a bit odd there wasn't more discussion, but perhaps timing was just not great for everyone. ;(

+1 too.

If nobody objects, let's use the same procedure as for other tickets, and wait another week for more votes. This would mean that we approve it later today with (+3, 0, 0), if nobody else votes in the meantime.
