Package name: python-openapi-schema-validator

Background: I have requested we port python3-openapi to f37 in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2214430. However this will require we upgrade python-openapi-schema-validator on f37 from 0.4.1 to 0.4.3, which involves a small backward incompatibility (Missing format checker for format no longer raise FormatError).

The package python-openapi-schema-validator is a leaf package.

As the primary maintainer of the python-openapi-schema-validator package, I support this exception request. The documented incompatible change is mitigated by the fact that this is currently a leaf package in F37, and the upgrade would open a straightforward path to bringing python-openapi-core to F37—something for which there appears to be real user demand.

It has been more than seven days, and I count (+4, 0, 0), so I believe this exception should be considered approved under the FESCo ticket policy.

I just opened a PR to do the update (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-openapi-schema-validator/pull-request/4), and I will start coordinating a side tag.
