Hi,

I would like to request to be added to the proven packager group. I am a (co) maintainer of most of the JDK packages in Fedora and occasionally contribute to the java stack.

With that responsibility, significant changes like regular bumping of system JDK will sometimes be my responsibility. Those changes require rebuilding dozens of affected packages in side tags, for most of which I am not a maintainer. Therefore last time I did that, I had to ask another proven packager to do the release rebuild bumps and merge PRs in unresponsive packages for me, which causes delays and disrupts the work and next time I would prefer to do this on my own.

I fully intend to use the proven packager rights only in isolated instances and still do majority of my Fedora work the regular way via PRs.
