= Rationale =

Part of the French speaking community I am already helping new contributors to create their first packages and we try to have a look at them before they are submitted on the bugzilla.
We are also helping for issue regarding import on the Fedora build system.[[BR]]
So in a way I am already doing part of the process. I think that I can help to do the other part.
