#406 RFE: Integration with Fedora Notifications

Now that we can build modules in production, it would be nice to have some sensible integration with FMN. I would like to get notifications for module & module component builds (preferrably as two separate notification types; the latter will be very spammy) completing/failing. Perhaps even for module-related kojira tasks.

To implement this, we need to add an MBS module to this folder in this repo: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fmn/tree/develop/fmn/rules

OK, that's merged upstream. It should make it out in the next deployment scheduled by Fedora Engineering.
