In order to stop using kojipkgs repositories which are expensive to create and update by Koji and eats lot of resources, we should rewrite local build to get the dependencies from Koji tag directly (download them, create local repository and use them) or to use composes like https://kojipkgs.stg.fedoraproject.org/compose/branched/jkaluza/latest-Boltron-26/compose/base-runtime/x86_64/os/ instead.
It would be ideal to use composes, but there are multiple modules in single repository and Mock/dnf probably does not support that yet... We could generate per-module variant, but this is not what we are going to ship in the end...
