#576 stop writing *-stdout.log files in 'mbs-build-local'

'mbs-build local' creates an empty mock-stdout.log file for each rpm that gets built. It also writes srpm-stdout.log files with the only info that it has downloaded a srpm.
This provides no useful information at all and can be dropped.
