Last time I faced below error. And I could not understand what was happening. Now I am fine.
But I would just report here because I wanted not only the error message "Error: Need to pass a list of pkgs to install", but also more.

might be bug in mock. what's your spec file for that package?
anyhow, if you can't reproduce -- let's just close this.

It is "modules/ruby". But I can not reproduce, because I updated ruby.yaml from that time.
Sorry close this.
In the future, if I faced I might report again.
