#654 "404 Not Found" when requesting particular component

ComponentBuildAPI requires some minor fixes to be able to return a particular component. (The same way ModuleBuildAPI returns a single module.)

Currently: https://mbs.fedoraproject.org/module-build-service/1/component-builds/854 returns just "Not Found"

PR#665 should fix this issue.
