there is a problem with tasks that don't even make it to koji.

When we call component.build() (which is normally supposed to return task id) returns none, then we don't have any log of what happened or why did it happened. Since no koji tasks exist.

We should keep a reason of why the task failed, so for builds failed in koji lets just copy the reason from task ... and for tasks which fail before submitting to koji let's write reason "Failed to submit build"
