#854 MBS gives cryptic error when modulemd is missing BuildRequires

When I accidentally deleted the BR for platform:f28 from my modulemd and tried to build, MBS returned this error:
reason: The module "{'release': u'20180205145117', 'version': u'6', 'name': u'nodejs'}" did not contain its modulemd or did not have its xmd attribute filled out in PDC

It should be clearer about why it failed.
