Issue #923: Cannot build postgresql:9.6 module - fm-orchestrator

Trying to build postgresql:9.6 module, I get this weird error:

Summary:
1 component in the "undefined" state
hhorak's build #1704 of postgresql-9.6 is in the "failed" state (reason: 'platform')

jkaluza said this PR https://pagure.io/fm-orchestrator/pull-request/922 might fix that.. but still filling the issue so we track it properly.
