The "-candidate" tags may contain some unsigned RPMs which are not part of any Errata advisory yet. This breaks builds using pungi, because pungi needs all the RPMs in a tag to be signed. Instead of using -candidate tag, we just prefer using the final tag (tag without -candidate suffix) to get the RPMs from.
