Rebase and fix flake8 errors.

The README.md is mentioning this "bump_distgit_repo" as an example... maybe we could remove it from there just to avoid confusion.

Besides that tiny comment it looks good! +1

@gnaponie README contains lots of outdated content as well. Perhaps we should rewrite it to reflect the latest status of Freshmaker. How about fix the issue you mentioned in a separate PR that updates the README?
