Fedora 41 changed the way we add dnf repositories. we should use dnf config-manager setopt reponame.enabled=1

Good afternoon,
some new fedora users are finding it difficult to follow the official documentation when it's supposed to be the source of truth, but it's outdated/wrong for the latest stable version of Fedora (41).
Would it be possible to merge this?
