It's not possible to actually change the httpd config (InterceptFormPAMService) from within the admin panel, so we should gray-out that option in the admin panel and indicate that the admin needs to change that manually (and maybe indicate where?).

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
