We should add tests to make sure ldap auth/info modules work properly, including arbitrary attribute mapping.

It should be easy to do something pretty much like the postgres sql database test where we set up a test LDAP server on the fly, and configure the modules.

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
