The login page should allow for some control over the selection of authentication method when multiple methods are supported. For example, a user might not want to automatically authenticate with Kerberos for whatever reason. They should be allowed to opt-out and select a different method if one is available.

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
