The SAML 2.0 conformance document lists a number of encryption required to claim conformation. I wasn't able to discern one way or the other whether RSA-v1.5 and RSA-OAEP are provided by lasso/libxmlsec1 or not (or even what they are). This needs further investigation.

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
