We should be able to leverage the existing code in the gss-proxy tests to stand up a KDC, similar to what is done for httpd, postgres and slapd.

If we can get automatic cert generation going too we can stop running the tests with secure=no.

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
