A way is needed to regenerate the metadata on an installed IdP and somehow distribute that to the SPs.

The case is if we add a new endpoint. Without having to re-install the IdP from scratch, just regenerate the metadata. This will require the SP's to re-fetch it and re-register with the IdP as well.

This issue ticket was originally removed from the tracker as it clashed with the pull request.
