One should be able to get a list of available SPs after authenticating to the IdP.

This list would include a name/image of each SP in a table.

The administrator can mark an SP as not visible in this list.

When an SP is added it can be marked as not visible.

When an SP is added it can provide an image to be displayed.

The SP will also need to provide a link to its protected site as the target for the image in the IdP Portal page.
