Scanning the diff, it all seems to be either 6-digit -> 3-digit RGB hex code changes, and low -> upper case changes in 6-digit RGB codes. I don't really see why lessc makes those changes, but it won't have a material impact on page rendering. +1 from me, if only to make it easier to do CSS changes in future.
