I have tried to see how the new setting of history access works in Fedora Localization room. I used my another matrix username (from one.ems.host) to list rooms from fedoraproject.org host/server. And the Fedora Localization room is not displayed nor it can be searched by name (localization) or id (l10n:fedoraproject.org).
I can see, for example, Fedora Documentation or Websites and Apps rooms, but not our room. But I don't know what can be wrong as I think that Localization room has equivalent settings with the Documentation and the Websites and Apps rooms.
Can you have please a look if you can reproduce the problem?
Can you try again now?
I think I see what the problem was and have corrected it... but would like you to confirm. ;)
Thank you! It works now. Just curious what was the cause?
The problem is that we need at least one :fedoraproject.org account in the room in order for that homeserver to save the room locally. My admin account ( @kevin:fedoraproject.org) was in there bit got kicked for being idle. ;(
We are hopefully going to come up with a better solution for this. :(
