#3281 koji import of a signed rpm doesn't generate the signed copy
Closed: Fixed by tkopecek. Opened by jcpunk.

When importing an RPM, if it is already signed by the repo key, it will not generate the "signed" copy under data/signed/KEYID/

Attempting to upload the sig later results in it being skipped as the signed header already exists.

You can create signed copy later by running koji write-signed-rpm <sigkey> <nvr>. It is intended behaviour by default - signature is stored separately as signed copy is often not needed. Maybe it makes sense to add option like koji import --write-signed-rpm to create it in the time of import.

@jcpunk What do you think?

PR #3301 is just a doc update. Are we still planning to add an option to the command?

I think the doc update is sufficient for me.
