#3655 RFE: Copy custom_user_metadata from task to build info for wrapperRPM build type

In 3409 we added source and extra to wrapperRPM. Now we have a request to add custom_user_metadata also to build resulting from this task.

We add custom_user_metadata to wrapperRPM as toplevel task, not to wrapperRPM as subtask.
