I'd like to see a dark mode CSS added to Koji so us night owls can work on Koji without the blinding white.

Not that this isn't a bad idea to fix with the default theme, but it won't change anything for Fedora's instance (which uses a custom theme).

Metadata Update from @mikem:
- Custom field Size adjusted to None
- Issue priority set to: Low (was: Normal)

I'd be fine with including a dark theme if someone were to contribute one, but I don't see the core dev team having time to work on this anytime soon.
