It's two years since 0.63, and there were a dozen of patched bugs.
I maintain an AUR package of libuser, and recently a fellow user ran into one such bug. See conversation here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libuser-ldap#comment-891084
I agree with https://dont-ship.it/ that shipping with a commit patch is bad practice, so I am here asking for a new release. Thanks in advance.
I plan to do a new release once I fix the tests. I will work on in during next few months.

Release 0.64 has been created.
What's the relationship/difference between https://pagure.io/libuser/releases and https://releases.pagure.org/libuser/ ? I have been using the latter as source, but it seems like there is no archive of 0.64 on there.
Is this release site deprecated? Should I move away to pagure.io?

the first one is created automatically together with git tag, but the naming is strange (historically). I'm not sure about the later one - I thing that this one is created manually but I have to check.

So yes, it is manual process. Archive is now uploaded there. Please mind that I decided to use tar.gz instead of tar.xz.
tar.gz
tar.xz
