Intel microcode needs to be updated to fix CVE-2023-28746. Currently, this vulnerability is not mitigated due to lack of microcode, i.e.:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/reg_file_data_sampling
Vulnerable: No microcode
