there are problems with the syncHttpLogs where logs are not getting downloaded on the day they are asked for. So on 2021-06-09 the downloads tried to get the logs for 2021-06-08 but some proxies were not available. The combine script combined those it did get but only had 1/2 the logs. On 2021-06-10 or 2021-06-11 was able to get all the logs for those past days including 2021-06-08 so if combine had run then it would have had a full log set. sync does not clearly log errors in downloads ( or if it does the error is lost in a wave of 300 daily emails we get at 4:am in sysadmin).
