It would be nice to be able to copy some file, for example an script to the module.

On docker probably could use "docker cp" command

fixed by commit:
https://pagure.io/modularity-testing-framework/c/14336c59e6e99f18b80fcc5e65ea729ca180ee83

added two methods copyTo and copyFrom doing that magic
